Hi, welcome to our blog. I'm Jill, the editor of Relish magazine, which was launched in February 2006. Relish started as a magazine distributed in over 900 newspapers nationwide, but today we're much more. We're a website (obviously), tablet editions, cooking show, phone app and cookbooks. Here is where you can read about my exploits in the kitchen. I'm a professional cook, registered dietitian and editor, but I'm also a mom. So, like you, I have to get dinner on the table every night.
